CERTIFICATES

EPC

//  ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
An EPC is a measure of the theoretical energy performance capability of a building. The energy rating is expressed from A to G on a colour coded bar chart. The rating is based on the CO2 emissions of the building, factoring in the building’s construction fabric and heating, cooling and lighting services.
